Run 30 minutes on mini tramp. 70 crunches, 40 each side. Arm strengthening.
I decided to weigh myself today because Dennis is home on weekends and I tend to forget things when I am not in my routine. I didn't loose any weight this month, and I think I know why. There may be two reasons. Reason 1- I could have hit a plateau. Everyone that looses weight says that it happens. Reason 2- I have been much less active this month. From the time I started through the end of November it was warm and I was outside doing a lot more. In December it was all the Christmas rush of coming and going and doing. This month it feels like I have sat on my butt a lot. I now know that I need to do a few things to recharge the weight loss aspect. I need to eat less at dinner time. I have gradually gotten to the point where I eat too big of portions, and I need to cut back. Even though it is healthy, it is still calories. With February just around the corner, and hopefully some warmer weather, I can get outside once again, and do some work like pruning trees, grapes, getting a garden bed ready for peas, and early tomatoes, and stuff like that. I am glad the worst of winter is now behind us. I am not at all sad or depressed about not loosing weight. I am actually glad. I have noticed that my skin is getting baggy and I am hoping that by not loosing weight for a while, it will have a chance to catch up with (I know that as people age, we loose elasticity is our skin, and it sags more). That is what I get for waiting until I am 50 to loose weight. Still, better late than never.
