Breakfast:
Green smoothie
2 slices wheat toast
Snack:
Small handful mixed nuts
Lunch:
Spinach chicken wrap
2 tiny slivers Cantaloupe
2 onion r
4 french fries
We ate lunch at Red Robin today. It was my first time eating there. I loved the wraps, and the teasing taste of cantaloupe. I ate a few french fries because they advertise they are fried in good oil.
Snack:
Orange
Cucumber
1/2 Peanut butter & honey sandwich
Blueberries & granola in yogurty
I was in the mood for ice cream (the healthy kind) but I didn't know where a health food store was here in Austin, and Wallie World didn't carry the health kind, so I settled on the yogurt, granola and blueberries. It was a nice treat.
