Run on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 60 front and side crunches each. 12 pushups. Arm strengthening.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice wheat toast
Late Lunch/Early Dinner:
Steak and crab legs
Baked potato
Steamed broccoli
Lettuce salad
A few times a year we like to splurge a little and have lobster or crab. I found a good deal on crab about a month ago and have just been waiting for the right time to eat it. Today seemed like the right time. I'm glad we don't eat this very often, because I always feel kind of yucky afterwards. I think it is all the butter in the meal. Right now I am craving something fresh and healthy, so that will be my snack tonight as I watch my chic flick (while Dennis is watching Utah play in the Sugar Bowl). I spent the better part of the day doing laundry, scrubbing 1 1/2 bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, baking muffins (FINALLY), doing dishes, and vacuuming. Now the upstairs of my house feels clean and organized. The downstairs is another thing. But I can tackle that another day. Tomorrow is play day - we are going 4 wheeling, of which I am a little leery of in the snow, but we will see. At least it will be fun to see Dennis' family again.
Snack:
1 orange
Handful of mixed nuts
