Day 125 - Sunday, Jan 11

No exercising on Sunday's. It is a free day from exercising and taking vitamins and herbs. The body needs a day to relax and recuperate.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin muffin

Green smoothie recipe:
1 slice frozen pineapple (not a ring slice, but about a quarter or a fifth of a whole pineapple.
2 bananas
1-2 cups soy milk (depending on the consistency you like)
1 TBSP coconut oil
Crushed ice to desired consistency
2 large handfuls of spinach
Agave to taste
So good even my grandkids loved it.

Snack:
Energy squares (from Good Earth)
1 cup granola
1 orange

Dinner:
Leftover Squash soup
Lettuce salad
Wheat crackers

I had a friend ask me if I had cravings while eating this healthy diet. I was happy to be able to tell her no. Except for the day I was sick a week or so ago, I have not craved the food I used to be addicted to. I enjoy eating healthy and more than that I love FEELING healthy.
