Exercise: 8 trips up and down the stairs. Bicep strengthening (carrying 10# sack of potatoes to the car alternating arms lifting up and down).
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oat bran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad (w/ iceberg lettuce - YUCK)
Chicken taco soup
Tortilla chips
Wheat roll
I went with Amanda to her stake Enrichment preparedness fair. The had an excellent speaker, Treena Bolingbroke, and had a luncheon afterwards.
Snack:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Dinner:
Turkey
Mashed potatoes & gravy
Fresh cut veggies
Yams
Dessert: Amanda made a healthy pumpkin pie with nut crust just for her and I. It was delicious. I will get to eat it again tomorrow night - Yea!
