Day 134, Tuesday, January 20

Run on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 65 crunches, 30 each side. Leg and butt exercises.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oat bran muffin (oh, how I missed these)

Snack:
Nectarine
Handful of mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Garden Veggie crisps (New chips from Costco)w/ Mango salsa

Snack:
1 orange

Dinner:
Salmon
Baked sweet potato
Frozen corn
2 Beets (I baked it in the oven with the potatoes - read it in a book somewhere you could do that and it was just as good if not better than boiled)

Dessert:
Cherries

Tonight was our Young Womens New Beginning meeting and for refreshment they had this very rich cake, white chocolate mints, and kisses. I didn't stay and came home to eat my yummy cherries. They might not taste like cake, but they do taste delicious and leave me feeling so much better.
