Dat 124 - Saturday, Jan 10

Ran on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Ab crunches front (60) & side (I have upped the difficulty on the side crunches so I can only get 40 each side). Butt and hip exercises.

Brunch:
Fried potatoes (about 1/2 cup)
1 fried egg
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
1 orange

Dennis made himself potatoes and eggs, and I thought I would try a little bit. I haven't had it since I started eating healthy. I first ate the potatoes and eggs and then the blueberries & yogurt. The potatoes and eggs tasted ok, but when I bit into the blueberries & yogurt it was heavenly.

Snack:
small handful of mixed nuts

Dinner:
Squash soup w/ peppers & lime
Lettuce salad
Wheat rolls
Fresh fruit salad (pears, oranges, red & black grapes)

Snack:
Popcorn
Orange
Mixed nuts
4 pieces of Panda licorice

Only two meals today because we had a late breakfast. After eating the potatoes and eggs, my stomach felt pretty yucky. Once I finished the yogurt and blueberries it felt much better. I don't think I will be eating many potatoes and eggs anymore.
