Day 143 - Thursday, Jan 29

Run on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 70 crunches, 40 each side. Leg and but exercises.
Lots of trips up and down the stairs today.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oat bran muffin


Snack:
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Peanut butter & honey sandwich on wheat bread
Cherries

Dinner:
Orange shrimp
Wild rice w/ onions and garlic
Steamed fresh green beans
Sliced cucumbers

Snack:
Healthy pumpkin pie

Whew...It was a busy day today, tending grandkids, cleaning up their thoughtful mess of dish soap and comet. Taking Alisha to her appointment, and visiting grandma who was not feeling well today. I'm glad I was able to help them all.
