What a busy day. We got home last night at midnight and fell into bed about 12:30 and woke up this morning at 5:00 am. I do not do well with 4 1/2 hours of sleep. After work I had to go visit Porter and Lydia whom I missed a lot and they missed me. Lydia was so cute, she took one look at me and came running to me just bawling. It was quite funny. Amanda and I went shopping as we both needed gorceries. My fridge was completely empty except for condiments. Thank goodness we had frozen green smoothies in the freezer for breakfast this morning, and Amanda had lettuce salad I could eat for lunch. Then we decided to make up one huge salad together for the week and split it. Then I stayed to help her with dinner as she was feeding all the men helping Steve put the rock on their house. After dishes I went home, put my groceries away, told Dennis goodnight and fell into bed. It is always great to have a vacation and get away from the daily grind, and it is wonderful to come back home.
