Same old exercise routine. M-W-F I exercise arms and upper body. T-Th-S I exercise legs and buttocks. Everyday I do crunches and lower ab leg raises, and run on mini tramp. Today being Thursday, can you guess what I did?
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oat bran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad w/ baked chicken & grapes
Parmesan & Sun Dried Tomato Rice crisps
Cherries
Dinner:
1/2 top sirloin steak
Wild rice
1/2 acorn squash
Frozen corn
Today was house cleaning day (does that count for exercise? - I think it should). I also got to visit a dear friend who is visiting her sister. She lives in Arizona so I don't get to see her very often. I am ready for some winter outdoor activities. What is there to do?
