Day 137 - Friday, Jan 23

M-W-F exercises today. Arm & shoulder strengthening,crunches (front & sides), leg raises for lower abs. 15 pushups.
Run 25 minutes on mini tramp

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin muffin

Snack:
1 orange
Mixed nuts

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips w/ Mango salsa
1/2 avocado

Dinner:
Chicken sandwich
Wheat bread
2 chicken tenders sliced thin
onions
cucumbers
romaine lettuce
Carrot sticks
Red grapes


I was craving a sandwich and Dennis was craving chicken soup (he has been sick for the last 2 days). So he opened up a can and heated it, while I made myself a tasty chicken sandwich. Better than Subway (my favorite sub sandwich).

I have not been dizzy for some time now. The funny thing is I don't even think about it when I am not dizzy. Yesterday I started feeling dizzy again, and that made me wonder how long I have not been. For sure not at all while in Texas, nor until yesterday. Anyway, I went to my favorite chiropractor (my brother in law) and he fixed me up real good. I sure wish I could figure out what causes it, so I could avoid it. I have noticed that I am not dizzy when I am on vacation. So, I have wondered if it is because vacations are much less stressful, or because there is something in my home that causes it? I did do a Radon test and it came back within normal limits. The dizziness came on right after moving to this house.

I did my first mineral/metal cleanse today. I have been taking the herbal capsules for two weeks and once a week supposed to get in a hot bath with Epson salt(couldn't last week while on vacation), drink a quart of yarrow tea and let the detox work by sweating out the toxins the herbs have released in the body. The bath was so nice and relaxing. I look forward to doing it every week.
