Ran on mini tramp for 30 minutes. 65 ab crunches and 40 side crunches. 15 push ups.

Tortilla chips & mango salsa

Blueberries & granola in yogurt
What a crazy day! I had to work later that I planned. I visited my grandma and had to replace my cell phone that Verizon could not fix, and you know how it goes at the cell phone store. 90 minutes in that place. By then it was 6:00 pm, not too late for dinner, but Dennis wouldn't be home until after 7:00 so we decided to run to our grandsons for his birthday before it got too late. By the time we got home we were both too tired to cook so we found whatever we could.
