Exercise- Shoveled my driveway 3 times today, and 3 of my neighbors once. Got a great workout, and a good sweat.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie (I made my own this morning and it was not near as good as Dennis' are)
Pumpkin muffin
Lunch:
Chicken sandwich
Raw veggies
1 orange
Snack:
4 Almond nut crunch
1 nectarine
Dinner:
Sweet n sour chicken over rice
Lettuce salad
Healthy pumpkin pie
Amanda made dinner tonight for FHE and was so sweet to make me wild rice and chicken with sucanat sugar and wheat flour. I am so thankful that people are watching out for me and helping me succeed on this lifestyle of eating healthy.
