Day 55 - Saturday, Nov 1


Breakfast:
Green smoothie (Pina Colada)
Oat bran muffin
Dennis' smoothie is the yellowish one on the left and mine on the right with spinach added.



Lunch:
Lettuce salad w/ tomato and avocado
1 whole small Honeydew(from my garden picked a few weeks ago)

Supper:
Leftover black bean and chicken enchiladas
Leftover broccoli
