Walked/Ran 2.40 miles in 36.31 minutes. Burned 224 calories. I love the GPS watch when it is working. I have been afraid that just jogging on the mini tramp would slow me up and I wouldn't be able to run outside, and that my times would slow down. I am glad that they haven't.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin muffin
I am going to bake more muffins today and I am excited because I have found a few new recipes to try. It is cold and very windy out so it just feels like a good day to bake (and listen to Christmas music or my book on tape).
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
1 slice bran bread
Snack:
Aloha Cake (from today's baking) Real Yummy!!!
Dinner:
Meat loaf (93% lean ground beef)
Steamed Broccoli
The cake turned out really well. I had a late lunch due to I got so busy baking the time just slipped away, then I ate a piece of the cake (which is like a bundt cake with pineapple topping) so for dinner I wasn't all that hungry. I got all my recipes today from a book on baking with no fat, by George Mateljan. It has some really good recipes in it.
