Day 57 - Monday, Nov 3

Walked/Ran 35 minutes. We are up to running 1 full street now each of our 3 laps. It is still challenging, but after it's done it actually feels good just knowing that we did it.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin muffin

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
8 grain crisps w/ Mango sauce
Honeydew


Dinner:
Fish (cod)
Wild rice
Zucchini & Onions
Hot apple cider (homemade)

Dessert:
Healthy brownie

The overcast weather was a bit depressing today. I really missed the sunshine.
