Jogged on mini tramp for 40 minutes. Did arm strengthening and abs today.
Breakfast:
Blueberry, banana & spinach smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Blue corn tortilla chips w/ black bean queso dip
Red grapes
Dinner:
Turkey taco on whole wheat flatbread
Fresh pineapple spears
1 banana
The turkey taco on flatbread was so delicious. I don't think I will by wheat tortillas any more as this was so much tastier. Right now I am totally loving the fresh pineapple and red grapes. Can you tell? I have one of them at least once everyday.
