Elliptical-Run of mini tramp for 30 minutes, plus crunches and arm strengthening.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Wheat thins
Grapes
Snack:
Almond Crunch (from Costco) very good and healthy!
Dinner:
Spaghetti w/whole wheat noodles
Steamed brocolli
Snack:
1 pumpkin cookie
Everyone else had peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Again I did not crave it, but it sure did make the house smell delicious.
