Jogged on mini tramp & watched home decorating shows for 40 minutes.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
1 slice bran bread
Lunch:
Handful of nuts
About 10 grapes
Dinner:
Shrimp, broccoli, green onions, stir fried with precooked wheat spaghetti noodles
1 tomato sliced
1/2 Sweet potato w/ cinnamon
Snack:
2 pumpkin cookies
I had to run an errand for work at lunch time which ended up taking me 2 1/2 hours. Who would have known that sending a money gram would be so difficult. I barely made it to my afternoon appointment at 2:45 which lasted 2 1/2 hours as well. By the time I got home I was STARVING!!! I probably ate way too much at dinner, but I was the hungriest I had been for quite a long time. I have drank nearly 2 whole bottles of water today. A lot of that was while trying to send a money gram for my boss. All I had in the car was water.
