Day 65 - Tuesday, Nov 11

Walked/Ran 35 minutes. It feels so much better to exercise in the fresh air. I just wish it wasn't so cold outside in the wee hours of the morning.

Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

Snack:
4 dates
handful of mixed nuts


Lunch:
Beans & Ham
Whole wheat toast
1 tomato
Banana


Dinner:
Trout
Wild rice
Zucchini & Onions
1/4 of a green smoothie
Dinner was so filling I could not drink any more of the smoothie, but I felt I needed to make it and try because I had not had any green leafy vegetables today. I ran out of spinach yesterday and didn't have any until I went to the store this afternoon.

I am still feeling more energetic than ever, and do not get hungry or crave foods. I love this feeling. I hope it will last forever (as long as I keep eating healthy). Dennis is not adjusting to it well at all. He keeps making little comments about the food. I am trying to buy him things that he likes so he doesn't feel like I am trying to convert him. I found a bunch of Halloween candy marked way down today and bought him a couple of bags.

I find myself wanting to be outdoors and am thinking of things I can do to be active. That is a rare thing for me. I am going to walk/run the Thanksgiving Day Run with Amanda (she is going to put her 3 little ones in her nifty 3 seater jogging stroller and go with me). It will be lots of fun, if it is not freezing cold.
