Leftover Ham Fried Rice
Applesauce
Warm Grape Juice
It was cold and snowy at lunch time, and I didn't feel like eating a cold salad. I don't usually drink with my meals anymore, but on these cold days, I have really wanted something warm. Being so cold is a new experience for me.
Healthy brownie
Dinner:
Italian Surprise (a dinner I made a month ago and put in the freezer) (red beans, rice, polish sausage (I know not healthy-but I had to use it up at the time), stewed tomatoes, onions (not sure what else) over blue corn tortilla chips.
Steamed broccoli
Fresh Pineapple spears
Snack:
2 handfuls of microwave popcorn
I felt sort of hungry a good share of today. Not sure why. But since I was not home and not near a store, and I forgot to take my sack of snacks - I just drank plenty of water and tried not to think of it.
All my pants are getting so big on me. It is getting uncomfortable to wear a belt with them all cinched up because the fabric around the waste kind of bunches up and becomes bothersome. I found two pair of pants from my stash of "skinny clothes" that actually fit, so I will wear them as often as I can until I can fit into some of the others. Thank goodness I didn't throw the skinny clothes out.
