Day 75 - Friday, Nov 21

Jogged on mini tramp for 35 minutes. Arm strengthening and crunches.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatmeal muffin
One of the new muffins I made yesterday, of which I cannot recall the name. It is very moist and tasty.

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Peanut butter & honey on bran bread

Snack:
Granola
Dates

Dinner:
Wheat noodles w/ marinara sauce
Cooked broccoli

Snack:
Aloha cake


I have been quite tired this week, even in the mornings. I hope I just need more rest. My body does best with 9 hours sleep and I have only been getting on the average 7 hours. Yesterday and today I have been so thirsty and therefore drinking a lot of water. I am so glad I have a chiropractor appointment today as my back is definitely out and my neck is feeling real heavy and I have been feeling more dizzy the past few days. I would just love to be able to find a solution to the dizziness and ringing in my ears. It has been going off and on now for 7 years. The doctors could not find the problem and the chiropractor has not either. Where to turn to next. I have been hoping that a healthy diet and exercise will help, but I am sure it will take more that 75 days. It all started when we moved into our present house. I have often wondered it there isn't something in there that is causing it. When I am camping in the fresh outdoors I hardly get dizzy at all. I would hate to think that it would be something there because I love my house.
