Day 60 - Thursday, Oct 6

It was freezing cold this morning. Kellie gratiously agreed to come to my junky basement and workout on the trampoline and elliptical. I haven't been on the "e" machine for quite a while, and it is a killer. 2 - 3 minutes tops and I am wasted. We also worked in some abs and/or hand weights. This should be a good workout for us during the cold winter months and help us stay in shape.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin muffin


Lunch:
Campbells soup
Baked wheat thins
Sliced apple
I could not get warm this morning, and I really wanted something hot to eat. Soup seemed just the ticket.


Dinner:
Coconut shrimp
Fried potatoes (in a tiny bit of oil)
Lettuce salad

I baked some new cookies today. Pumpkin cookies. They had no eggs, or oil. They did have apple cider vinegar, molasses, agave and wheat flour besides the typical ingredients. They are not too bad. Next time I would not put as much molasses in as it called for.
