Day 69 - Saturday, Nov 15

I walked/ran 2.51 miles in 38.24 minutes and burned 237 calories. YEA!!!

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin muffin

Lunch:
Mandarin Orange
2 dates
Handful of nuts
1 energy treat (found at Good Earth)
Strange lunch huh? I took Alisha and Randy to the airport today and afterwards went to a scrapbook warehouse sale in North Salt Lake. By the time I was done there it was 2:30 and I was quite hungry. These items are what I had grabbed before I left the house just in case, and I 'm glad I did. The energy treat thing I found at Good Earth this morning in their bulk foods section and bought about 5 each of each kind they had so I could eventually try them all and see if some taste better than others.

Snack:
Tortilla chips with fresh homemade salsa
I stopped at Maceys on the way home from Salt Lake and bought a few things to make fresh salsa with. Dennis made it for me while I put the groceries away. It was delicious.


Dinner:
Sirloin steak cut in pieces sauteed with onions, garlic and mushrooms and topped with cheese.
Butternut Squash
Sliced Cucumber
Pineapple spears
