Day 66 - Wednesday, Nov 11

Jogged on Mini Tramp for 40 minutes. Crunches, arm strengthening.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin

Snack:
Handful of nuts
2 dates
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
1 slice Whole wheat toast w/ peanut butter
1 cup hot freshly homemade apple juice

Dinner:
Chicken stew
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 tangerine

I definitely need to get some new pants. Even with a belt they feel like they are falling off. It is a good but annoying side effect of loosing weight. Tonight I feel hungry for something, I just don't know what. It is like my body is telling me it is needing something, but I can't decide what it would be. I have looked through the cupboards and the fridge, but nothing looks appetizing. I haven't drank enough water today and maybe that is what my body wants.
