Walked/Ran for 30 minutes (Thanks Dennis for going with me)
Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Lunch/Dinner:
Ham and bean soup
2 slices whole wheat bread
2 kiwi
1 sliced tomato
Snack:
2 pumpkin cookies
Fresh pineapple
handful of nuts
We had a late lunch because we had been so busy all morning and into the afternoon. I was starving by the time we actually ate. Thanks goodness I had put some ham and beans in the crock pot this morning before we got started on the days activities. Dennis worked on the dryer and I worked outside since it was so nice out. I pulled out the tomato plants and the last garden bed with melon vines all pulled out and cleaned up. I mowed the front lawn and helped rake up the leaves in the back and bag them up, then mowed the back lawn. I didn't get done until about 3:00. We started the day out with the walk/run at 7:30 and breakfast at 8:30, so it has been a long, but productive day. By the way, after all of Dennis' hard work on the dryer it still is not working. So frustrating.
