Day 73 - Wednesday, Nov 19

Jogged on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Did extra stretching today to help my knee. Also did wall pushups. These are good for the chest muscles and are hard, but not as hard as regular pushups which I refuse to do.

Breakfast:
My favorite, blueberries and granola in yogurt

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Oat bran muffin

Dinner:
1/2 Marinated chicken breast
Baked potato
Cooked beets (from my garden)

I was quite tired this afternoon and really wanted to take a nap, but I resisted and got quite a few things accomplished. Tonight I am so tired and will go to bed early.
