Day 79 - Tuesday, Nov 25

Jogged on mini tramp for 35 minutes. Arm strengthening and ab crunches. It felt good to exercise again.

Breakfast:
Blueberries & granola in yogurt

Snack:
Handful of mixed nuts
2 dates

Lunch:
Green smoothie
peanut butter & honey sandwich on bran bread

Dinner:
Homemade pizza (wheat crust, 1 slice pepperoni, 1 slice chicken, artichoke, spinach)
Lettuce salad
1 large slice watermelon

I was craving pizza today so I decided to make homemade pizza. I cut the recipe by 2/3's and still had enough dough for 2 pizzas. I made wheat crust and regular. Amanda helped me and we made pepperoni, mushroom each on wheat and white, and on the other wheat and white crust we made spinach, chicken, artichoke. They were pretty good. About 1 hour after eating my stomach felt kind of heavy. I don't think I want to eat pizza again for quite a while. I now have plenty to freeze for the next pizza craving. I felt really good today, not tired at all.
