Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Oat bran muffin
Hot homemade apple cider (so good on this freezing day)
Dinner:
Bean, rice and vegetable soup
New flavored rice crackers from Costco (can't remember the name)
Pineapple spears
Amanda made the soup for her family last night and brought us some to try.
Snack:
Handful of mixed nuts
1 1/2 kiwi
1 pineapple spear
