The IT band on my right knee is starting to really bug me all the time now. Amanda showed me some exercises to stretch it and I will start doing those right away. I hope it helps as I don't want to have to quit running (or even walking). Now that it is colder weather I find that I am eating more carbohydrate heavy foods. Now that summer if over, it is harder to find the vegetables and fruits that I could in September. I haven't been drinking as much water either. I don't do as much now so I don't seem to drink that much. I have noticed a difference when I don't drink enough water.
