Dinner was delicious tonight except for the meat. I don't care much for steak (unless it's a Rib Eye - which is banned on a Cholesterol lowering diet plan). The sweet potato tastes so much better than a regular potato and I now prefer them as far as baked potatoes go. After fasting all day I feel so dehydrated and have drank about 30 oz in the last 2 hours.
