Day 77 - Sunday, Nov 23

It was heaven to sleep in today. Another day of taking a break from exercising. Tomorrow - back to the old grind stone.

Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt.

I love blueberries! This is one of my favorite breakfasts.

Lunch:
Wraps
Fresh veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower)
Fresh fruit (melons, pineapple, grapes)

I am so on a fresh pineapple and red grape kick. Not sure why, except maybe there is something in them that my body is craving. Anyway, they are so yummy!

Snack:
Handful of stale nuts (don't know why I even ate them)
4 pieces of panda licorice (who would ever have thought that wheat flour could taste so good)

Dinner:
Salmon
Wild rice
Steamed broccoli

It is difficult to get enough water on Sundays. 3 hours in church and a meeting after wards kept me from drinking as much as my body needed. I think that is why I ate the stale nuts, I was actually so thirsty that I interpreted my body to say EAT! During the break between Sunday School and Young Women I ran (walked fast) to the nearest drinking fountain and gulped down tons of water. A fellow standing near by told me not to drink it all. He just didn't understand how thirsty I was.
