Went to bed last night at 12:30 after picking up daughter and son in law at airport. So I slept in until 6:00. 5 1/2 hours of sleep is not so much but it is better that 4 1/2 if I had gotten up to exercise. Somedays I just have to sacrifice.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Tortilla chips and homemade salsa
3 slices of fresh pineapple
Snack:
Slice of Aloha cake
Dinner:
LEFTOVERS!!! I love it when I don't have to cook.
Meatloaf
Wild rice
Beets
Butternut squash
It was wonderful to take an hour long nap this afternoon, but I will be going to bed early also. 5 1/2 hours is not enough sleep for anyone. Poor mothers of young children, no wonder many of them are cross - it's from a lack of sleep. I have had a hard time thinking and speaking coherently ever since the nap. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I definitely need to exercise. I sure feel a difference when I don't.
