Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Snack: This breakfast doesn't stick with me as long as the green smoothie/muffin does
Handful of red grapes
Handful of mixed nuts
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
8 grain crisps w/ mango salsa
watermelon
Dinner:
Chicken breast marinated
Wild rice
Acorn squash
I had such a headache tonight. I don't know what brought it on. But I will be going to bed early.
