Day 50 - Monday, Oct 27

Walked/Ran for 30 minutes - The GPS watch is giving me fits. Today we extended our run for another 1/2 block and I was really curious how it affected our ratios, but it is not cooperating.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin muffin

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
8 grain crisps w/ mango salsa
watermelon

Snack:
Healthy granola bar (don't remember the name)
Apple

Dinner:
Leftover meatloaf, sweet potato and steamed broccoli

I feel much better today after that pizza has settled and hopefully left my body.

I havent read your posts for awhile and I still havent gotten the weight watchers stuff. I am just to overwhelmed right now. I do plan to start soon though. When you first started dieting did you do a cleanse. My mom suggested that I do one before I start and I think it is a great idea but I am not sure what to get. Also, are you taking any vitamins or anything? I see some capsules in some of your pictures. I was just wondering what they are.
