Day 45 - Wed, Oct 22

Walk and ran 2.11 miles in 34.15 minutes this morning. We are getting faster by small increments. We started out at the first of October burning 172 calories, now we are burning 192 calories for all our efforts.



Breakfast:
Fruit smoothie (I have ran out of all my greens - time for a trip to the grocers)
Macaroon muffin

Lunch:
Lettuce Salad
8 grain crisps & Mango salsa
1/2 Honeydew melon (I still have a few left from our garden, I am surprised how long they are lasting)

Dinner:
Homemade Chicken soup
2 slices sunflower seed wheat toast

Felt really good today. I got several things accomplished and that is always a good feeling. For the first time in my life, I am looking forward to wearing sweat-shirts and sweaters. I was cold most of the day so I wore a jacket most of the time. I have to find what few sweatshirts and sweaters I have and pull them out. It is going to be a cold winter I can tell already.

Mom where do you get you mango salsa. You are allways eating it and we love mango salsa.
