I jogged on the mini tramp today for 40 minutes. I got 8 hours of sleep last night, so I hope I am not tired today. Here it is 10:00 pm and I have not been tired all day. Tomorrow will probably be a different story as I will not get 8 hrs sleep tonight. I heard on the weather it is supposed to be cold this weekend, with chance of snow in the valley and freezing temperatures Saturday and Sunday. I have got to hurry and get my grapes, apples, squash and tomatoes picked. I just have to say that I really like Sunflower Market. They have awesome sales on their produce.
Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt

Lunch:
Lettuce salad (not very good today, I definitely need to find a few good salad recipes)
Macaroon muffin
2 Pottawatomie Plums
Snack:
Nectarine

Dinner:
Leftovers (I cooked some wild rice and then in a frying pan I fried in olive oil, wild rice, leftover stirfry and left over zucchini & onions. When that was heated I melted cheese over the top. It was so yummy.)
Sliced cucumbersI didn't actually eat the watermelon as the leftovers and cucumbers filled me up. I will eat it tomorrow.
