Today I felt good. At lunch time I wasn't all that excited to eat another salad. That is why I take them to work to eat them. I have no other choice, eat a salad or go hungry.
Breakfast:
Smoothie
Maccaroon muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad w/ veggies and mushrooms
8 grain tortilla chips w/ Mango salsa
2 slices honeydew melon
Dinner:
Wheat noodles w/ mushroom spaghetti sauce
Sliced tomato
Fried zucchini, onions, peppers, mushrooms
Dennis's dinner. He had a steak that didn't get eaten this weekend while hunting. He said he didn't want it to go to waste. I think it was because he saw me cooking wheat noodles. I told him he was being cruel, because Rib Eye WAS my favorite steak. I used to really love grilled ribeye and baked potatoes. We would eat it quite a bit in fact. I was pretty happy when after he had it cooked and on his plate, I didn't crave it at all. That is a great thing.

I was very impressed as I read your last few days of blogging. Way to go! 15 lbs, water weight or not, is a big deal. I plan to start doing Weight Watchers in the next two weeks(as soon as I can order all the supplies off Ebay). I hope to be as successful as you have been. I have lots of those nasty health problems from being overweight. Diabetes is just around the corner and I hope to become healthier and bypass it. You are an inspiration to me. Keep up the good work!!!
