No exercise today. I stayed up until midnight watching a movie with Alisha. She stayed the night with Clay and Tyler since our husbands were hunting. I couldn't believe I slept in until 9:00. I was going to get up and get an early start on my canning since I was also watching Amanda's kids so they could celebrate for their anniversary. First I had to pick the tomatoes, then bottle them. While they were in the pressure cooker, I put the first batch of grapes on to steam the juice out. When the tomatoes were done I put the second batch of grapes on. Most of this while watching Amanda's kids and with Alisha and her boys still here. It was a stressful, but good day. The cousins had fun playing with each other and Alisha enjoyed holding the baby, and I got some of my canning done.
I found myself struggling a bit today with my diet. Amanda brought m&m's for her kids as a treat, and Alisha had a few Dr. Peppers and Cheetos today and those as you know were my favorite. My eating schedule was all goofed up with sleeping in and trying to fit lunch in with the canning and babysitting was quite a struggle. I could feel myself getting stressed at times and thinking I just want some sugar (candy, cookie, something). But thankfully I didn't give in.

Green smoothie (banana, apple, apple juice, peach, plums, dandelion greens, spinach)
Whole grain toast
Lunch:
Leftover chichen dinner from the freezer (chicken, wild rice, broccoli & carrots)
Nectarine
Dinner:
Subway sandwich (Sweet onion teriyaki chicken)
Apple
