Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Pumpkin Oatmeal muffin (It was very good)
Lunch:
Peanut butter and honey sandwich on sunflower seed wheat bread
Carrot sticks
1 apple
Dinner:
Bean and wheat chili
Multi grain tortilla chips
Applesauce
Amanda and I canned applesauce all day today. Check that out on my family blog. It was a lot of hard, hard work, but so worth it when it's all done. I am so tired and ache all over. I made the bean and wheat chili in the crock pot this morning before I left for Amanda's house. I knew I wouldn't feel like cooking at dinner time. I thought it tasted very good, but Dennis didn't like it too well because I didn't put any hamburger in it. No one else complained, and Amanda's kids even ate it.
