Fruit smoothie (still haven't gone to the store yet)
Pumpkin muffin
Lunch:
Chicken salad sandwich on whole grain bread
Tomato wedges
Nectarine
Dinner:
Meatloaf (extra lean ground beef, ground turkey, onions, red peppers, shredded carrots, celery, egg, tomato sauce, oatmeal)
1/2 sweet potato
Broccoli
It's Thursday again, and that means cleaning house, doing laundry, mopping the floors, all the house hold chores that are really no fun and then shopping. I am so tired tonight after all that work and chasing Amanda's kids around the house playing.
