Jumped on mini tramp for 40 minutes.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Whole wheat toast
Lunch:
Peanut butter & honey sandwich
carrot sticks
1 Tomato
Dinner:
We went to Chrissie Adams wedding reception and they had good stuff to eat besides just dessert (which I totally avoided), so that was our dinner.
Chicken croissant sandwich (the first white flour I've had since I began eating healthy)
Broccoli salad
Lettuce salad
Grapes
Cheese square
I don't know what I ate tonight but something is giving me the funny tasting burps I used to get when I ate raw bread dough, and a very sour stomach. I think it might be from the croissant, but can't be sure. I felt really good most of the day. Did laundry, finished the grape juice, cleaned 2 bathrooms, paid bills, and ran errands. By this evening both my hips hurt. I think it might be the shoes I wore today. I should throw them away, they make my feet hurt and make me walk kind of funny because I always feel like I am going to walk out of them. But they are the only kind of dressy shoes I have for skirts and slacks.
