Walked outside this morning for 24 minutes. Picked grapes, apples, squash and melons and did laundry, juiced plums (getting soft in fridge) and froze pears (also getting soft in fridge). A full day!!!
Breakfast:
Green smoothie (don't even know what is in them anymore as Dennis makes them while I am out walking and he puts mine in the fridge, I just add the leafy greens and reblend when I get home.
Corn, bran, blueberry muffin
Lunch:
Peanut butter and honey sandwich on sunflower wheat bread
Watermelon
Snack:
Nectarine
Dinner: (too tired to cook dinner tonight)
Bean, Con Queso, salsa dip w/ blue corn tortilla chips
Another green smoothie
