Day 43 Mon, October 20

Walked and ran for 35 minutes. I forgot to start the GPS so I have no actual totals for today. I'll have to try again tomorrow.

Breakfast:
Green Smoothie
Oat bran muffin

Lunch:
Lettuce Salad
8 Grain crisps (I really like these a lot)
Mango Salsa
1/2 Cantaloupe (from my very own garden)

Dinner:
Taco (Turkey, red beans, wild rice, red chili, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onion) on wheat tortilla. If I knew how to make the sauce that Costa Vida puts on their burritos I would have made that and poured over the top.
Watermelon

I had so much energy this afternoon I could not believe it. I hauled all my applesauce home from Amanda's house (she was so kind and had already washed all the jars off and packed them in boxes for me AND wrote '08 on every lid - wasn't that so sweet?) I hauled them all (some 95 or so jars) downstairs and put away on the shelf. My shelf is full for the first time in years. I feel like a Squirrel all ready for a long cold winter. Then I hauled all the dishes we used for our monthly FHE with our kids back downstairs (that's where I have room to store them), that took about 4 trips with all the glasses.

Then I went outside and cleaned out the trailer. I changed the sheets on the bed and washed them and some blankets. Packed all of Dennis' hunting stuff in the house and all of the food and put away, and all the toiletries. Don't want anything freezing and going bad. Then I washed everything down, swept the floor and mopped the tiny little bathroom. After that I swept out the garage. It is funny how the wind carries so much dirt and leaves in this time of year. Finally I ran to the grocery store to get some tortillas for Dennis because he won't eat the wheat ones I like. Dinner, dishes and Scripture study. Now I am so ready for bed. I can't remember the last time I had this much energy. It has been a very successful day.
