Breakfast:
Blueberries & granola in yogurt
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Blue corn tortilla chips
Homemade bean dip
Dinner:
Ham fried rice
Beets
1/2 Cantaloupe
I was quite tired today, so I took a nap after lunch. All that work yesterday must have totally worn me out. It is also chilly today. Since I have been on this healthy eating plan, I get cold so easy. It is a new experience for me and I don't really like it at all.
