Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt
Snack:
Handfull of red grapes
Handfull of mixed nuts
Lunch:
Lettuce salad (I tried Asian dressing & Mandarin Oranges on it - just barely tolerable - I am just getting tired of salads, and I need to eat them for the rest of my life, so I have got to have a better attitude)
Mango salsa & 8 grain crackers
Dinner:
Bangkok Curry with chicken breast and Tomato Basil Bisque (from Noodles and Company) It was VERY GOOD!!!
It was my first time eating there. I had a hard time choosing, but I was not disappointed. The best part is they have healthy noodles, rice or whole grain. Alisha ordered the Penne Rose with a tossed green salad. She really like hers as well. I had a bite of hers and it was very good, if I ordered it I would do the whole grain linguine. Clay and Tyler had the Wisconsin mac and cheese. It must have been very good because they ate the whole thing and that is very rare for them.
