Day 38

Walked 34 minutes for 2.02 miles

I pulled up all the flowers from my front flower bed. I was sure I would be aching so bad like in the spring when I planted. But I was pleasantly surprised. I think loosing weight and eating healthy is really working. No surprise there!?! I felt so good that I also mowed the front lawn. But then I was tired and all we got for dinner was leftovers.

Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Whole grain toast w/ butter

Snack:
Handful of red grapes

Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Bean dip w/ blue corn tortilla chips
1/2 baby watermelon

Snack:
Nectarine

Dinner:
Leftover Chinese dinner
Beets
