Breakfast:
Green smoothie (leftover frozen smoothie re-blended with apple juice and 1/2 banana, more spinach)
Oat Bran muffin
Lunch:
Lettuce salad
Left over Subway sandwich from Saturday (didn't eat too much as it had gone soggy)
Handful of red grapes
Snack:
1 green apple (fresh picked from my dad's tree - so crisp and delicious)
Dinner:
Halibut
Wild rice
Banana Squash
Dessert:
Nectarine
