Day 114 - Wednesday, Dec 31

Tomorrow is Jan 1 (weight in day) so I got on the scales today. Of course, before I did I gave myself the little pep talk that it doesn't matter if or how much weight I lost, the important thing is that I feel good and know that I am gradually loosing (and not gaining through the holidays).
So ---- WOO-HOO! I am doing the HAPPY DANCE!!!!!!!
I lost 10 big ones. That is a total of 41 pounds since September. I couldn't believe my eyes. I was only expecting to see 2-4 pounds, so 10 pounds was incredible. I am so glad that all that I am doing is paying off - and the biggest payoff is that I FEEL SO GOOD and don't have hardly any cravings (except for more healthy food - which is nice).

Ran on mini tramp for 30 minutes. Front and side crunches 60 each. Leg raises 10 one exercise 30 the other exercise (like slowly pedaling a bike while lying on your back). Arm strengthening.

Breakfast:
Blueberries and granola in yogurt (YUMMY!)

Lunch:
6" Subway Chicken Sandwich on Honey Oat

Dinner:
New Years Eve Party
Shrimp & homemade shrimp cocktail sauce
Beef summer sausage, Swiss cheese & wheat crackers
Homemade cheese ball & wheat crackers
Carrot & celery sticks, radishes, broccoli, cherry tomatoes
Red & Black Grapes, Orange slices
Tortilla Chips & Mango Salsa

I did another Detox foot bath this morning. My feet always so good when I am through and you can see much of the toxins that it pulls from the body in the murky water.

Tip for the day:
Nuts are a good way to get healthy fat into your diet. They are good to eat (in moderation - about a handful a day).

Eating a small lettuce salad before meals helps your body better digest the food you eat.

Not drinking at meals also helps the food digest better in your stomach and you get more of the nutrients from the food you do eat. Try not to drink 15 minutes before and after each meal.
