Dennis was off today and he volunteered to go walking/running with me outside. I enjoy running until I can't breathe anymore, then I have to walk for a block or so. I feel really good when we are all done.
Walked/ran 3.14 miles in 46.52 minutes. Burned 296 calories.
Breakfast:
Green smoothie
Oatbran muffin
Lunch:
Chicken Sandwich on whole wheat bread
w/ lettuce and sprouts
1 orange
Snack:
Grapes (Sunflower had the biggest, yummiest grapes on sale today for .88/lb)
Dinner:
Spaghetti (veggie noodles & sauce)
Steamed broccoli
Cucumber chips
Carrot sticks
